Context

The Animal Health department needs to produce an annual review of its sales and relations with the veterinary EIGs that buy from Boehringer. They work with 15,000 veterinary clinics and 30 MSEs. Problems encountered each year: Very different file formats that are difficult to use as they are No or few common reference systems between the EIGs. Even the most obvious identifiers (structure name) are not common. A lot of time is spent for a result that is qualitatively unsatisfactory

Need

Group veterinary clinics into EIGs, commercial contracts based on consolidated turnover and calculation/payment of individual rebates. It is essential to identify which clinics belong to which EIG! Lists of members (GIE) to be reconciled with our customer database.
